Key process indicators (KPI’s) are used to monitor the objectives’ performance and progress is communicated to all employees via monthly quality reports. Our employees are key to the meeting of our goals and therefore we operate a training system that assists in the identification of training needs and aids employee development.
All employees have a responsibility for quality within their own areas of work to ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the company. By operating a quality management system that complies with the requirements of ISO9001:2015, we will be able to control our processes, monitor our performance and continuously improve our operational capabilities. By operating to the requirements of ISO9001:2015, we intend to grow and develop into a world-class provider of force and torque measuring solutions to its established global customer base and into new markets.
