How much will delivery cost?
Delivery charges (postage, packaging, insurance) are excluded from product prices and will be calculated at checkout.
Local taxes, including VAT or State Sales Tax, are excluded from product prices and will be calculated during checkout, where applicable.
When will my order be dispatched?
On receiving your online order and completed payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days. While we use our best efforts, we do not guarantee dispatch on a specific date unless explicitly agreed in writing. If dispatch is delayed due to force majeure (eg, weather, strikes, etc) we will extend the delivery time and advise you accordingly.
Instruments and accessories are commonly dispatched and delivered within 2 to 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
What happens if my items are damaged during delivery?
If your goods are damaged in transit, please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt and contact the relevant office immediately by email. While all items are carefully packed to minimise the risk of damage during shipping, we recommend retaining all packaging and documentation to support your claim with the courier.
Can I return an item?

Returns exclude software, non-website products, and specially manufactured products. Please contact the appropriate office by email or phone before submitting a return.
Is there a restocking or handling fee?
Our restocking fee(s) cover processing costs, that can include instrument (or component) verification and re-calibration as appropriate.
UK Orders A 20% restocking fee (min. £25 + VAT per item) applies for authorised returns. Return shipping is at your own expense.
US Orders A handling fee applies to returns due to customer error or no longer required. Returns outside the 30-day window or not in resale condition may be rejected or charged for reprocessing. Return shipping is at your own expense.
What if the product is faulty?
We guarantee that our goods are free from defects for 24 months (2 years). If you discover a defect within 7 days of receiving the product, please notify us immediately in writing. You’ll need to return the defective product to us for inspection. If the product is indeed faulty, we will either repair or replace it at no cost to you.
How do I cancel my order?
UK Orders You may cancel within 2 days of receiving a price revision or delivery time increase of more than 25%. If you cancel after acceptance, a cancellation charge based on the work done up to that point may apply.
US Orders Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted. Cancellations may be considered at PPT Group Corp’s discretion, with recovery of associated costs.
